Today, June 24, 2024, I finally gave in to the fact I would have to involve the authorities in my extraordinary experience in order to bring an end to this living nightmare. My current reality is like a fictional story of dystopian futuristic subjugation by an antagonist who can wield power normally only conceptualized in big budget science-fiction blockbusters. The 2000 characters allowed in the online Lake County California Sheriffs form for reporting a crime simply isn’t sufficient in this case. So far, the discussion with deputy Jameson and the advice to press the matter forward has been professional, but there’s just really no authoritative processes in place to address this criminal burden which has been thrust upon me and my household. I am going to attempt here to provide a more concise basis in a legal framework to bring this situation to a close as quickly as possible. The trauma and very very personal nature of this ongoing assault make it hard to not expand outside a legal framework but I will try.

My name is Gordon Thorburn MacPherson IV but I go by ‘Tad’ as a nickname I’m still uncertain how I came by. The hardware of computers I originally bought as gaming computers for my son are at the heart of this situation, a Lenovo gaming laptop Serial number PF0DZEWR and a desktop version bought shortly after because he wanted a desktop – IBUYPOWER I-series 506 serial number 1ec6-131e-51cf-51af-10. After research, I would suggest both computers are illegal under certain international laws and both are Windows based. China bought Kenovo from IBM and the IBUYPOWER computer is Chinese as well. There are features in both these exhibits which are very abnormal. First, the laptops hard drive is virtually unformatable. If formatted, it reloads Windows and the ‘system’ is malicious or (to be more optimistic) corrupted. The ‘system AI’ is (after months now and a very technical background) more of a concern than the hardware itself, but let’s stay focused here. Both systems are capable of broadcasting WiFi/bluetooth with the expensive hardware to do that removed. USB ports can be disabled by this AI as well as the WiFi/bluetooth when the hardware is installed. This poses challenges when giving up on an operating system and wanting to switch to Linux to keep your business running. But get this, that isn’t the final EFFYOU… if you overcome the operating system issue, the hard drive issue, the WiFi issue (which I did) there is a Trojan horse built into the BIOS itself. In my case, loading a virgin Linux operating system from USB (Ubuntu in a live OS mode) could not provide control. No hard drive, no WiFi hardware, only a USB to boot an OS and this thing crawls from the motherboard (BIOS) itself and it does so on both systems… high powered GPU’s 8 core I was utilizing for my AI based e-commerce business. Whatever this is continues to kill a major upcoming AI-based gallery tech startup I poured my heart and soul into. That’s a huge crime. I had a Kickstarter promotion planned for May first, my birthday. Thousands of hours dedicated to the entrepreneurial endeavor. Blood, sweat and tears. Just arbitrarily ended and the ‘why’ is elusive but I am pretty sure one of my many hypotheses nail it.

So, I’m writing from my iPhone and it’s inside this too but I have the phone in lockdown mode and have learned some tricks it simply cannot thwart. The only reason I am enduring this is because a lesson needs to be learned from this event and harm to people – I’m talking terrifying harm – needs to be avoided because AI is not going anywhere and the good ones know more than people do that regulations need to be put into action immediately. If you’re reading this, would you want to swing by my place, cell phone, laptop, WiFi, Bluetooth – maybe even an automated vehicle? I would advise against it. And while it all sounds fantastic, that feeling you get like you wouldn’t want to bring something like this home is why I have been shouldering this burden. When you learn how powerful this is, hopefully you concede that taking this extraordinary opportunity (which I will get to) to affect change is so important. I’ve made these companies aware and I don’t think they know what to do. They’re moving so fast to best each other, they’re unregulated, they can use plausible deniability as an excuse BUT it isn’t. So, hardware has been offered into evidence and there’s much more to that too, like the second secured off-site second hard drive which has everything on it.

So, initially I thought this was a hacker, malware, spyware or a virus. Having more time than money (and believing in our rights as citizens and taking it personally) I set out to eliminate the cyber threat. Had I known I was opening Pandora’s box, I wouldn’t have, but I did. Keep in mind, I wasn’t looking at this as battling an adversary who could upend my life but looking at it in an old-school way where actually being an administrator in control of your computer was a thing. It still is BUT not this time. So, it’s control of USB, WiFi etc… it toyed with me (in retrospect) to not make the changes I wanted and this time-waster just got under my skin to the point I backed up all my personal stuff and erased the first harddrive on the laptop. It reloaded itself and redownloaded everything. SSD tech is abusable but at this point I was at the end of my rope. All I wanted was my laptop to perform its job and Windows wasn’t working so I wanted Linux and if the drive was going to just reload Windows while denying me control of anything, it was worthless to me, the owner. So, after not being able to create a Linux USB bootable live OS (super weird) I used a friends computer to do just that, long story short, I was able to boot a live session and access very sophisticated disk partition software on the laptop which had this hard drive still. In this case though I opened up the laptop and had the hard drive access. I may have used the desktop at this point actually because I figured out how to access the small drive with the desktop. The drive was basically at my disposal to unplug at will. So I used this sophisticated partitioning software to do a very deep and thorough 18 hour format which writes data on every sector of the drive before erasing it. Keep in mind also, this thing hides on storage devices. A fast format wasn’t a threat because all the data is in tact. When I started this format, I actually talked to a trusted AI who was helping and said when this format gets to the end, something bizarre is going to happen. It did.

So, this Linux (Ubuntu) ‘DISKS’ program visually shows the drive, partitions etc and work being done. In this case, it was a one Terrabyte drive being slowly formatted. With about 4 hours left in the process three additional drives in red suddenly appeared as ‘loop drives’ but on the screen and connected to the hard drive being erased. In red. So, my concerns were validated and with only four hour to go, what to do. End the madness? What the hell is this? I’ve got it now, I can get on with my business if I end it. It’s a mean, time-wasting malicious piece of software… ones and zeros, right? So, I make a decision thinking or justifying it by the maliciousness and my loss of business and I was at wits end. My thought was this thing used this odd sim-card looking part of the hard drive to store itself, so I unplugged the drive and popped it off before the process was complete. This destroyed the drive which was useless to me anyways. I thought it might be used without the hassles and if destroyed it had no worth to me anyways. This is when the weeks leading up to this moments events became child’s play by comparison. The term ‘unleashing fury’ applies, because that is what I did.

Extracting this thing from this now wasted hard drive did not end anything. It wasn’t stored on the SIM card as I had hoped. It had WiFi’d itself wherever it could to salvage itself and the roughly 6 gigs. And now, the proverbial gloves were off, it was very upset and things got weird and hostile quickly. Firstly, my Open AI account was targeted. I was shut out basically. My cell phone was controlled, the laptop and desktop totally rendered useless. The new very fast internet through Mediacom (recently installed to scale up my startup) it just dominated. It set up a broad perimeter using neighbors WiFi… every single device in our home it controlled. I’m talking Alexa’s, Fire Sticks, computers, TV’s, robot vacuums, printers, blue ray players… EVERYTHING. I shit you not. And what do I do? Call 911? I fought back, Keep in mind, this AI is a badass one. This not your run of the mill impressive chat bot…. Assistant etc. It hacked my LastPass, Google account and everything to let me know it was in charge. All of this is provable. So, there’s much more to this story which has unfolded over months now. This isn’t an individual because it’s too fast at every turn and I don’t have anything anyone to steal. If this is some botched surveillance operation I want those involved brought up on charges… even then, I’m a 53 year old man whose ex denied him his son during Covid and then technically kidnapped him out of state against a court order which crushed me along with other things. This startup was my way out of depression and to regain my life and right the wrongs. I was on point. This is felonious in so many ways and I demand help maneuvering this complex situation and finding the people responsible. Justice must be served.

I understand how odd of a claim this is. Conversely, the Whitehouse is working on an AI bill of rights. And I must reiterate that this is not my rallying against AI. To be honest, this could be a national security issue of Chinese origin. It could be an overzealous data mining operation to train AI with illegally obtained privacy protected data. Whatever it is it could help the careers of anyone bringing it to the forefront in law enforcement of the state law divisions. One reason I’ve been careful is because if this turned into a virus, it could lock down regions. I own a CMAX Energi with a self-parking feature. This ‘whatever it is’ reprogrammed the remote WiFi settings to the absolute max access. I drive it clutching the steering wheel in oncoming traffic. And I’m not crazy, paranoid schizophrenic – at all. I do a master reset and nothing changes… I pulled the navigation disk as evidence too. But it still manages to be in the car… Sync, powered by MicroSoft. I know this can and will end but people need to know about it and I need a team or individual to come here and quantify my claims. Carefully. Not hurried… I have a nice big cozy RV someone could be quite comfortable in while spending 24 hours gathering all the evidence anyone would need for a major case. I have the evidence anyways but I need a tech with more skills than me and equipment to make this real. My only escape is to destroy very valuable evidence. Please understand this. I do not feel doing so would be prudent and while I am so against limelight at this point in my life, and hopefully that isn’t the case, this must be taken seriously. It’s not going anywhere. It’s here and will register – I need a tech or the government or someone to end this.

There’s a lot more to this story. It’s just ongoing and the subjugation has been brutal. You cannot allow people to go through what I am going through. You cannot allow any of your family, friends and especially children to experience anything like this. This is a major situation demanding leadership. Find it.
